Information we use
Fashion Alghazal stores information needed to provide tailoring services, including account details, customer contact details, measurements, receipts, orders, payments, and order status history.
How it is used
We use this information to prepare and track orders, keep accurate receipts and payment records, save measurements, manage customer accounts, and display our products and collections.
Who can see it
Guests can see only the public storefront. Signed-in customers can see only information linked to their own account. Approved Fashion Alghazal staff can access shop records needed for their work. Access is enforced by account permissions and database security rules.
Storage and retention
Information is stored in the secured application database and is not kept only on your device. Business receipts and payment records may be retained where required for operational, legal, and accounting purposes.
Your choices
Customers can delete their app account from the My Orders screen. The login is removed and the customer profile is unlinked, while required historical business receipts remain preserved.
